Iam a fresher,from the past three months,i have been applying for jobs at various firms in various sectors.The first question everyone of the firms posed to me was "how many years of experience do you have"? They never bothered to examine my capabilities or skills.This trend of the industry i feel is "inefficient".When no body is ready to plant a seed from where will these huge trees come from?
This is not a problem of mine,this is a problem which has universal appeal in freshers.

if any employers are reading this,please give this concept just a thought.Iam not selfish to ask you to consider me for a job,but please try to encourage freshers as they are the fuel for the industry's future.
