Candidates have to provide suitable,effective and profitable financial planning advise to customers for their investments,tax savings and insurance coverage.These advises are very helpful to a customer to think decide and finalise their investments in the most profitable manner.For the same,company will provide maximum guidence.\

Job Description:
• Co-ordination with the client for requirements.
• Involvement in end to end recruitment cycle right from screening of the CV’s up to
the final placements of the candidates.
• Maintain the pipelines of candidates through internet sourcing, headhunting &
referrals.
• First level filtering of candidates through telephonic round.
• Head hunting of executives.
• Follow up with client and candidates till the invoicing is done.
• Coordinating/Scheduling at Middle level and at Top level Management
