Responsibilities:

- Oversee client service representative groups and make sure clients receive instant service.

- They have to communicate with the clients through phones, internet, fax, mails or meet them personally to discuss customer problems.

- While interacting with customers the CRM makes sure that they follow the organization’s protocols.

- Manage all customer requirements and queries and solve their problems swiftly.

- Making sure the customer information is accurate and also supervises payment dispensing.

The candidate will have to perform various activities in Internet for which basic computer operating knowledge is enough since all the procedures will be scripted and given.

The candidate will have to write contents in English language with proper grammar.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
• Ensure effective accounting and compliance of standard accounting principles
• Ensuring payments are made and returns are filed with regulatory authorities (TDS, VAT/CST, Service Tax,
Profession Tax, ESIC, Provident Fund, etc.) within the due dates specified.
• Ensuring timely disbursement of Petty Cash Payments and Maintenance of Petty Cash records.
• Maintaining Accounting Records in tally or any other software used by the company
• Responsible for Cheque Writing and distribution of payments
