* Reviewing/Drafting of various contracts such as Non Disclosure Agreements, Master Service Agreements, Technology Licensing Agreements and Vendor agreements etc.
* Strong negotiating skills and ability to work independently
* Negotiating terms on contract, rate, and organizing documentation work along with contract agreement with vendors and clients
* Preparation of contracts, MOU and NDA.

Must have a thorough knowledge of quickbooks.
•Able to generate invoice after going through the timesheets.
•Timesheets Management.
•Processing Payroll hours of the direct revenue generators of Techgene Solutions
•Addressing employee queries regarding payroll and timesheets.
•Providing MIS reports to Management.
•Outstanding Follow-up with the clients.
•Following up with the accounting team for timely payments to Vendors.
•Should handle Employee grievances.

- Sourcing of candidates using all the channels namely Portal/Referral/Campus/Direct/Vendor
- Screening resumes as per hiring criteria
- Receiving and Making calls to candidates for telephonic interview
- Ensuring and analyses Quality of hires
- Line up the candidates as per given schedule
- Take feedback from candidate as well as company side .
- Creating reports on weekly monthly and need basis
- Responsible until joining of candidate
- Ensure that the data of rejected candidates is also handed over to MIS person

Job Description:
• Co-ordination with the client for requirements.
• Involvement in end to end recruitment cycle right from screening of the CV’s up to
the final placements of the candidates.
• Maintain the pipelines of candidates through internet sourcing, headhunting &
referrals.
• First level filtering of candidates through telephonic round.
• Head hunting of executives.
• Follow up with client and candidates till the invoicing is done.
• Coordinating/Scheduling at Middle level and at Top level Management
