no one is dull every one is a gem until polish its only a stone

hi iam priya ,ihad worked as a teacher for nearly
10months .it was my first experieace as teacher for primary section there was one student named kiranmai.she was one of the below avg student .once she scored "0"marks in mathematics some of my students told she is the same since previous clases as i wanted to know why she did so bad her exam .then i flet verybad as once even i had been called dull student when i was in my primary sections then slowly i picked up .but none was their to encourage me .so i relised what she is in need my encouragement and aproached her very politly and told her how to study intrestingly & helped her in studies alot well even she was free in clearing all her douts and finally within three months to my surprise & everyones surprise she scored more marks than the topper in the class.all students were shocked . she was so happy i noticed lot of changes in class atmosphere i really felt so happy while leaving the school.
