I have worked as a Sales Agent (part-time) for an reputed real-estate organization, for 8 months. I used to make calls to the clients from home itself. Many a times the opposite person used to respond very softly and gently. But in few cases, as I was a Women, the opposite person being a male was interested in my personal details. I replied " I have called you to give details about the venture, and am not interested in revealing my personal details, and you are not supposed to ask me". I cannot be arrogant towards them, so I used to reply them gently. The only concept I do not understand is, " why do gents take for granted, when a women call them regarding their work purpose". They should understand, that the lady has called you, because its her job, and she is paid for what she is doing. Gents should realize this and try to respond professionally, and not in an indecent manner.
