1. Skill
Core PHP 5.x with MySQL 4/5
HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax
2. Should possess minimum 1 year experience.
3. Good academic record
4. Should be able work independently
5. Should have good knowledge about Performance Tuning, Web Security, and Hardware Infrastructure.
6. Exposure to any of the frameworks like CakePHP / Zend / Joomla / Drupal / Zencart / osCommerce, will be an added advantage.
7. Strong understanding of software development life-cycle.
8. To design, develop and code complex software programs and work on the continuous improvement of the same.
Candidate Profile: The job role includes mentoring and managing a php team mostly comprising of freshers. The candidate has to understand requirement from clients, analyse and implement for production.
