• Researching various domestic and International hotels and hotel chains for tie ups.
• Speaking to the hotels on behalf of Freespirits and getting to know the various categories of accommodations available and other services they offer in terms of banquets, conference space, restaurants, gym, spa facilities and other activities in the hotel being conducted which a guest can avail of.
• Take the tariffs and each category of guest accommodation for each season from the respective hotels.
• Make databanks of all the tie ups and arrange the same under proper heads for ease in referring when required.
• liaising with tour operators and other key partners such as hotels and airlines regarding bookings and schedules;
• Be able to take client queries and understand their requirements and accordingly advise them on the destinations and hotels we have tie ups with.
• To be updated on the new developments in the hospitality and travel industry for locating new tie up opportunities.
• Be updated on the economy and other on goings via news, newspapers and other reliable sources.
Candidate Profile: • Graduate in any stream.
• Any professional course in Travel or hotel management.
• Worked in a hotel or travel agency for a few months to a year.
• Well groomed, pleasing personality, good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Fresher’s will also be considered .
