Job Description:
Technical Writer Cum Project Coordinator - Full Time / Part Time
Handle day to day office communication relating to hiring, work-coordination
Interact with users/potential users of computer systems to understand and document their requirement
Prepare 'How-to' documents, installation guides, system usage manuals for new/novice users based on interaction with experts
Document communication, work process, system manuals and guide
Internet Savvy - able to research on the internet to find information relevant to the job at hand
Candidate Profile: Able to comprehend instructions and document them in documents, emails, websites etc.
Very high standard of spoken and written English
Technical writing or journalism background
One to three years experience of technical writing with previous experience of structuring complex information into a meaningful document whilst maintaining a flowing English style
Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with all level of people of the organization.
Hands on with People Management Skills and good attitude to learn new skill & adopt new technologies
Able to work independently with little guidance
Business Analysis skills preferred, though not required
People with engineering degree or background need not apply
Experienced people with restricted work hours or those who can work part-time are encouraged to apply.
