Looking for a highly motivated Technical Recruiter for our US Operations who has experience in calling, screening candidates and submit profiles to the clients. Should be able to work in US Timings (Night shift in India).
Understanding the client requirements and sourcing the profiles accordingly through Job portals/referrals/databases
Well versed with US recruitment operations
Good understanding of the IT Terms and Technologies
Must have 1+ Years of experience in US Recruiting
Good knowledge about US Geography
Should be result and target oriented.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self motivated and team player
