NR SWITCH N RADIO SERVICES is a telecom based company as a part of our massive growth plan, NR intent to hire some 150 Engineers on our own payroll
We have our headquartes at KOTA, Rajasthan and our corporate office in Gurgoan, NCR in India. Currently, we are having strength of 1300 trained personnel on our board. Since, there is no recession in the Telecom industry and the industry growing is 43% per annum.Therefore the industry forecast a demand of 1.5 lacs of trained manpower for the next one month.

Recruitment Process for the Company
1. A written test and an interview will be conducted by NR Technical Team
2. Qualifying candidates will be offered a Selection letter contingent on their successful completion of an 8 weeks intensive training program to be conducted by our training partner.
SALARY
On completion of successful training and evaluation (each candidate needs to secure a minimum of 60% marks) the candidate will be absorbed in our organization NR Switch N RADIO SERVICES PVT LTD 90 days of completion of successful training. They will be on probation for 6 months and subsequently confirmed on successful completion of probation with satisfactory performance.
Salient Features of the training
* Preparing students in GSM technology in BTS Installation and Integration
* Providing students with full fledged classroom Sessions
* We shall be providing hands on practice on Live GSM Tower that have set up in our classrooms
* Ensuring that that each student is taken to field while training to work on NR live Site
* Providing proper knowledge in Signal Testing,Microwave Alignment and troubleshooting
* During Probation Period (6 months from the joining date in the company)
* They will be entitled to
* A monthly stipend of Rs.8,000/- per month.
* A Daily allowance of Rs.100/- per day (subject to site work). Since this is a field job, it is expected that the engineers will on field for all 30 days in a month.
* Mobile phone reimbursement, subject to a maximum of Rs.500/- per month.
Total monthly income during probation is estimated to be
Rs.8000/- + *Rs.3000/- + Rs.500 = *Rs.11,500/- per month.
Upon Confirmation
On completion of six monthsβ probation period, the engineers will be made permanent based on their ability to independently handle the job.
They will be entitled to
* A monthly salary of Rs.10,000/- per month.
* A Daily allowance of Rs.140/- per day (subject to site work).
* Mobile phone reimbursement, subject to a maximum of Rs.500/- per month.
Total monthly income after confirmation is estimated to be
Rs.10,000/- + *Rs.4200/- + Rs.500 = *Rs.14,700/-
Given our international operations, engineers may be sent for foreign postings once they become star performers in their area of operation. Therefore, it is desirable that each engineer should have a valid passport at the time of joining.
