Job Description:
Responsibilities
1. Responsible for all human resource activities to include employment, payroll, benefits, and training & development.
2. Leveraging Online/Offline Recruiting resources for Sourcing Candidates.
3. Interview job applicants; review application/resume; evaluate applicant skills and make recommendations regarding applicant's qualifications.
4. Prepare and maintain company salary structure, job documentation, and job evaluation systems.
5. Administer payroll.
6. Administer and explain benefits to employees, serve as liaison between employees and company.
7. Recommend, develop and maintain human resource data bases, computer software systems, and manual filing systems.
8. Provide on-the-job training to new employees.
9. Other duties as assigned.
Candidate Profile: Age: 18 – 22
Experience: 0-1 Year
Skills Required
1. Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.
2. Knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines. Knowledge of state employment and benefit laws.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations.
5. Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
