Position: HR Associates (US Operations) - Night Shift
Job Description:
Must have a thorough knowledge of quickbooks.
•Able to generate invoice after going through the timesheets.
•Timesheets Management.
•Processing Payroll hours of the direct revenue generators of Techgene Solutions
•Addressing employee queries regarding payroll and timesheets.
•Providing MIS reports to Management.
•Outstanding Follow-up with the clients.
•Following up with the accounting team for timely payments to Vendors.
•Should handle Employee grievances.
