Job Description:
This position will be interesting for a person looking for a career opportunity in the audio video field.
Our Company is from Canada. We are a processing lab with a few good customers. We specialize in the transformation of old films like 8mm, slides (35mm and all other sizes), photos (any size), Cassettes (all types audio and visual)and film repairs. The stores generate our business. We pick up and transfer usually to CD/DVD and return finished product.
The successful candidate will work on films and photos that have already been transfered to a file. He/she will view them using a rendering software to improve colour brightness, balance and contrast, improving sound, making an attractive menu for the end user etc.
The successful candidate will log onto a dedicated server from their home and work online. For every hour worked there will be a bonus paid depending on amount of film viewed and improved and customer satisfaction. Every month an evaluation will be made and bonus paid. By the end of the first year the successful candidate will likely earn including bonuses about 200 Rupees per hour. The successful candidate will then be able to manage others doing the work he/she did and earn more. In the beginning at least for the first month the successful candidate shall be paid nightly using PayPal instant payment.
Candidate Profile: Must be FULLY experienced in FILM RENDERING and software for film rendering.
Must prefer to work from home.
Must speak English reasonably well.
Must be fully experienced using a computer and have at least a 17'' screen monitor.
Must have his/her own computer with a minimum of 1 GB RAM Windows xp.
Must have very good attention to detail.
Must have worked previously in the field of old film transfering and photo touchup.
Must be obedient and honest.
Must be independant but flexible and able to work the hours between 7am and 3pm Monday to Friday IST.
Must have UPS battery backup for uninterrupted power supply (or be willing to purchase if chosen for the position).
May be a Fresher with good experience handling rendering software.
Must be a disciplined worker. This job entails many hours sitting in front of the monitor watching the films and improving their quality. Therefore it is a suitable position for a home worker or disbled person who has a strong qualities as explained above.
