Job Description:
- Sourcing of candidates using all the channels namely Portal/Referral/Campus/Direct/Vendor
- Screening resumes as per hiring criteria
- Receiving and Making calls to candidates for telephonic interview
- Ensuring and analyses Quality of hires
- Line up the candidates as per given schedule
- Take feedback from candidate as well as company side .
- Creating reports on weekly monthly and need basis
- Responsible until joining of candidate
- Ensure that the data of rejected candidates is also handed over to MIS person
Candidate Profile: - Candidate must have PC + Net Connection at home.
- Good Communication skills.
- Good convincing Power.
- Positive attitude
- Good network area.
- Knowledge in HR Field.
Qualification:
- Any Graduate fresher/PG/MBA/MCA/BBA can apply.
Age:
- Minimum - 18 yrs up to no Bar

Job Description:
• Co-ordination with the client for requirements.
• Involvement in end to end recruitment cycle right from screening of the CV’s up to
the final placements of the candidates.
• Maintain the pipelines of candidates through internet sourcing, headhunting &
referrals.
• First level filtering of candidates through telephonic round.
• Head hunting of executives.
• Follow up with client and candidates till the invoicing is done.
• Coordinating/Scheduling at Middle level and at Top level Management
