Job Profile
-Screening resumes as per hiring criteria
-Ensuring and analyses Quality of hires
-Line up the candidates as per given schedule
-Take feedback from candidate as well as company side
-Ensure that the data of rejected candidates is also handed over to MIS person
Creating reports on weekly monthly and need basis
