He/she will be responsible for recruiting / appointing a team of life insurance agents/advisors through his own social contacts/circle.
He has to train, motivate and finally drive the business through them.
These agents will be working purely on commission basis while he/she w'll be on proper company rolls.
Candidate Profile: He/She Must be graduate with the experience of 0 to 2 years in direct sales/retail sales ,marketing and business development. Must possess good communication skills.
Must not be a job hopper
