Position: Associate - Contract Management - Night Shift
Job Description:
*Vendor agreements
* Handling Contracts, NDA and MSA
* Drafting of Services Agreements,
* Reviewing/Drafting of various contracts such as Non Disclosure Agreements, Master Service Agreements, Technology Licensing Agreements and Vendor agreements etc.
* Strong negotiating skills and ability to work independently
* Negotiating terms on contract, rate, and organizing documentation work along with contract agreement with vendors and clients
* Preparation of contracts, MOU and NDA.
Candidate Profile:
* Law degree (L.L.B.)/MBA is desirable.
* Should be innovative and be capable of thinking out of the box
* Should be able to meet the monthly targets
* Strong negotiating skills and ability to work independently
* Ability to prioritize tasks with dynamic business needs
* Must be computer savvy and proficient in the usage of MS Office Suite.
* Must have experience of working within an US based company preferably staffing company
* Experience in HR related issues
* Good communication skills (written and verbal)
* Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
* Flexible approach and can-do attitude
* Evidence of a considered approach to decision making
* Business awareness
* Experience of continuous process improvement
