Position: AGENCY MANAGER
Job Description:
He/she will be responsible for recruiting / appointing a team of life insurance agents/advisors through his own social contacts/circle.
He has to train, motivate and finally drive the business through them.
These agents will be working purely on commission basis while he/she w'll be on proper company rolls.
Candidate Profile: CANDIDATES FROM MUTUAL FUNDS / TELECOM / FINANCIAL SERVICESW/ STOCK BROKING/ BANKING / MBA GRADUATES WITH MINIMUM 2 YRS EXEPERINCE
