The candidate has to be a Team Leader. He should motivate his team and achieve the targets set by the company. He would have about 20 people in his team. He should have moderate skills in the computer and is supposed to generate reports as required by the company.
Candidate Profile: The candidate should be a graduate, fluent in English and Regional langauge. Age limit 27 to 37 years with 3 to 4 years experiance in insurance / finance / marketting / banking
