The admin work will include writing sales letter (pre templates) managing staff account, writing in dream weaver then converting this to html format which is simple and others including:
book keeping
payments
delegating
recruiting
verifying emails
teleconference
messaging conference
helping with ad campaigns
assisting in other variety of roles as and when it comes up.
You will be required to work a min hours of 4 per week and a max of up to 16 per week, this may be increased in the near future.
Since we are a UK based company all payments are made though a net based bank called paypal.com
You are required to have this account before proceeding to informal msn, yahoo or skype based interview over the net.

Candidate Profile: Someone with IT Experience + standard admin operations, should be able to use html, msn chat, yahoo chat, skype, for meetings and teleconference.
Must be able to speak English, some Hindi will be a bonus.
