Kindly bring in lot of jobs for senior citizens who have been well employed in good companies in administrative-cum-liaison jobs and have been instrumental in improving growth of the companies with which they were associated or employed for many many years. In fact, old employers should advertise opening for their employees and others so as to utilize their expertise for the benefit of the companies and also to utilize that talent which otherwise remains unutilised and the senior citizens are left high and dry to fend for themselves since no pensionary benefits are given by companies in private sector to their employees.
Just a food for thought.
Kindly look into this aspect on priority.
