You can find jobs either by browsing jobs, using the keyword search form at the top of the page, or by using one of the job type links on the left.
As explained elsewhere on this site, our website is navigation and link heavy which means that in order to drill down to the appropriate resume, employers will use category links to conduct specific search. We recommend that you complete all sections and fields in order for your resume to get maximum visibility.
Yes, you can have more than one resume for your account. During job application, you will be given a chance to select the resume you want to use for applying to jobs.
We believe that part time jobs are not as detailed as full time jobs and so the need for cover letter is not there for a part time job that pays a small percent of a full time job. People looking for part time jobs want a quick interface wherein they search, find and apply for it with minimum efforts and information. So, we do not provide "Cover letter" functionality.
But if you wish to apply with cover letter information, please send a separate email to the employer/recrutier. The email id is available in the job details.
Just like any other full time job, part time jobs are in great demand and it is possible that the position is filled up or you are not an exact fit. But, please note that all job positings are accurate at the time of posting and the application does reach the employer/recrutier for review.

We just need userid, password, email, and employer profile (Company name and a few words about the company). With this information, you will be fully registered and be able to post jobs.
Although some fields are mandatory, most are optional. However, our website is navagation heavy which means that there are category links all over the website for job seekers to refine their job listings. Therefore, in order for your job to show up in relevant categories, we recommend that you complete all sections.
This website is dedicated to part time, temp jobs and contract jobs in india. Therefore, we strongly discourage posting full time jobs on this website. Our content categorization is enable for part time jobs and our marketing efforts are geared towards part time job seekers. Posting full time jobs will not only be difficult for people to find, but will also not be relevant to the site visitors.
