Balaji marketing services
I had read this add from Naukri board .com for balaji marketing services to work from home. These people are frauds. They dont have a website .They would first ask you to send them a draft and then later on return it and say that they had some problem in encashing them. They would ask to pay through ITZ card and get power saver free. Once you pay them they will be make excuses for the late delivery of your gift and work . Then when you understand what they are" frauds" nothing but Frauds. They will switch of their phone.
Interview in WIPRO
Hi,
My name is Pratick Sarkar.Iam going to share my first interview experience which I gave in WIPRO and the interesting thing is that, though I never thought that I would be selected, today I am working in WIPRO itself for the last 10 months.
When an interview goes bad...
The interview goes very well, and in the end it is time to say good bye to each other. It is at this point that sometimes interviewers/companies give you a very wrong indication of their intention.
They usually say that "We will get back to you in a few days/weeks". What they really mean is "Thank you. You are not selected".
For God's sake, you should provide some clues in the end that the interview did not go very well so that we can not expecting any response from you. Atleast of expectations are set low.
How many interviews are enough to be an expert?
If you guessed that you can never be an expert before going for an interview, you guessed it right.
In my opinion one can never master interview taking skills. Every interview is unique just because the person taking the interview is ever changing, and even if the same person is taking the interview, he is in a different state of mind each day and each hour of the day.
Avoid these in any interview
Yesterday, I had a phone interview with the senior most HR person in a consulting company. After various questions were asked, she asked for my current CTC. I mentioned the fact AND also told her that my expected CTC is XXXX.
That did it. I did not get the job. Never give out any more information if it is not asked for, specially salary.
