As a System Administrator, you will be responsible for the following

• Customer Support on Escalated Issues
• Configuration of Linux and Windows Servers
• Configuration Backup, Monitoring, Security Policies
• Managing Servers Upgrades & Migrations
• Ensuring proper servers and services uptimes.
• Testing and Q/A of new products and services.

• Creating & Managing Online Advertising Campaigns
• Creating & Managing Social Media Presences On Facebook, Twitter, MySpace etc…
• Working on SEO projects
• Creating reports and keyword research
• Providing Status reports to customers and Management

1) Create & Execute Social Media Plans
2) Create & Distribute Press Releases, Articles & Newsletters
3) Actively Involved in various Exhibitions, Conferences & Webinars
4) Actively Involved in Product Planning and Launches
5) All other Branding Activities

Defining new processes and improvement in existing processes in customer support
Define the SLA for customer support.
Setting processes for monitoring of employee activities and creating reports

• The Person would be Responsible for interacting with existing customers and new enquiries.
