DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Compiles data and writes or revises text for courseware development, informative, instructional, or promotional articles, user or process documentation, newsletters, electronic database publications, media guides, or similar materials of a technical nature
• Researches topics, including gathering and sorting source and background materials; consults with various personnel to clarify details of source materials; provides statistical analysis of data as required
• Plans layout of work, arranging sequence of topics and placement of graphics as applicable
