JAVA DEVELOPERS

• 1 - 5 years of experience in software development with relevant IT academic qualifications.
• Skill Sets required : JAVA, Struts, JSP, Servlets, DHTML, AJAX
• Relational databases – MYSQL, Oracle with Stored procedure knowledge
• Web Server: Tomcat / Websphere
• Conceptual knowledge of frameworks, architecture, problem solving skills & exposure to different frameworks – Spring / Hibernate
• Good Team Player
• Design and Implement of new web interfaces for reporting, data management & data processing.

• Excellent communication skills (oral and writing) / Good Leadership Skill.
• Decision making/negotiation skills, team player / Target Oriented / Proven experience in corporate sales.
• Good Tracking sales report in previous organization.
