As a technical lead you will be responsible for:-

Planning & Tracking:-
Effort Estimations
Support to EM's in breaking down deliverables into activities and subactivities and allocation of tasks to the developers
Risk Management -Support to EM in managing Technology Risk
Client coordination on technical and low level functionality issues
Monitoring performance of the developers.

Analysis and Design:-
Owns Functional & non–functional specifications of the project.
Recommends appropriate architecture based on client's business problem and drivers

As a Senior Software Engineer you will be responsible for:-
Support to TL:-
Support TL in estimation of the tasks assigned
Support TL for the development of; Architecture and Design Document, Detail design document
Development:-
Coding and Implementation as per the design and the standards defined at organization level.
Preparation and Execution of Unit Test Cases.
Impact analysis for small changes.
Bug Fixing
Understands the bug Life cycle and perform regression testing while fixing a bug
